• Accept these terms and all applicable Pakistani laws
• Agree to comply with PMDC healthcare guidelines
• Understand this is not a substitute for professional medical care

7. Mobile App Terms (Upon Launch)

When MUDAWA's mobile app launches, the following additional terms apply:

• You will only download from official app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store)
• App permissions will be requested for essential services only
• Biometric data is encrypted locally on device and never transmitted
• You can revoke permissions through device settings
• The app requires ongoing updates for security compliance

All content, features, and functionality of MUDAWA—including text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software—are owned by MUDAWA and protected by Pakistani intellectual property laws and international conventions. MUDAWA operates in compliance with:

• PMDC Guidelines - Pakistan Medical and Dental Council standards for AI healthcare
• PIPL - Pakistan Personal Information Protection Law
• PTA Regulations - Pakistan Telecom Authority cybersecurity guidelines
• Pakistani Healthcare Laws - All applicable healthcare regulations

MUDAWA is not a substitute for PMDC-registered medical practitioners and does not provide licensed medical services.

MUDAWA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutually agreed mediation or, if necessary, the courts of Pakistan. Both parties waive the right to jury trial.
